We offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact us as we require pictures and a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, unused & returned in the original packaging.

Refunds are granted

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, this can take up to 5 business days for banks to process.

Late or missing refunds

Please allow 5 business days from the processing date for your refund to be received.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
